How do we sign the contract?

There are a few different ways which you can sign the contract with us, the first being through Docusign. The contract will be sent via email where you can electronically sign and we will momentarily receive the completed contract once all parties on the title have completed it. The second way is by us sending a PDF and you printing it out, signing it and scanning it back over to us. We can also meet in person somewhere in South Florida and sign in person, or we can mail out the contract to be signed and returned; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.

How long does it typically take to close and get the money?

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.

How do we come up with our cash offers?

We always give a market value cash offer based on what similar properties are currently listed for in the area. Unlike other investors and cash buyers, we want to give a fair cash offer that is at or above market value to give our sellers an advantage in comparison to listing with a realtor.
